Biking from Malaga.We will begin the Inca Jungle Tour at 7:30 a.m. with the pick up from the hotel. Our tour will be in a mini van we will go to Sacred Valley, passing different towns of Chinchero, Urubamba and Ollantaytambo, these towns belong to the Sacred Valley. After breakfast, we will start our one hour hike to the citadel of Machu Picchu. Then we will arrive at Abra Málaga (4316 m.s.n. or 14160 ft), where we can appreciate the majestic snow-capped Huacay Willca (Veronica). From here we begin our descent by bicycle, passing through different ecological floors such as: Puna and cloud forests (both contain an immense range of flora and fauna).We will finish the trip by bicycle in the archaeological remains of Huaman Marq’a, specifying our route in the town of Santa Maria (approx 1200 m.s.n.m. or 3937 ft). Overnight, dinner and breakfast the next day. Inca Jungle 4 Days / 3 Nights.– After a delicious breakfast, we will start the walk to the town of Santa Rosa (approximately 1 hour), visiting the ancient Inca Trail (Qhapaq Ñan). From this place, we will see birds such as: parrots, hummingbirds, eagles and coca plantations, coffee, yucca, fruit trees (orange, mango, banana).We will rest and talk in the town of Pispitayuc, where we can relax. Resuming the walk you will be able to appreciate beautiful and impressive landscapes of the mountain range of Vilcabamba, that will have as final point the town of Qellomayo. In this place we will have lunch and we will start the last part of the walk, passing through the thermal baths of Cocalmayo (optional visit) and arriving at the town of Santa Teresa. Overnight, dinner and breakfast the next day. Optional zip line activity.Walking distance from the Inca Jungle to Machu Picchu: 22km 13mi Climate: hot in the day and warm in the night. Inca Jungle 4 Days / 3 Nights.– Continuing with the legacy left by our ancestors, we will walk for 2 hours, to see the waterfalls. Also, we will see coffee and coca plantations arriving at Hidroelectrica (1900 masl or 6270 feet). After lunch, we will continue along the train tracks until we reach the town of Aguas Calientes, where we will stay and have the afternoon free.At night we will meet for dinner and plan the climb to Machu Picchu the next day.Walking Distance Inca Jungle to Machu Picchu: 19km 12min Climate: hot in the day and warm in the night. Inca Jungle 4 Days / 3 Nights.- At 4:00 a.m. and after breakfast, we will begin our trek to the citadel of Machu Picchu for an average of one hour. At the entrance to the Inca citadel, you will show your entrance ticket to begin with a guided tour of approximately two hours. After the guided tour, you will have free time to visit Machu Picchu on your own and go up to Huayna Picchu (optional, you must book in advance). There are also other places such as : The Sun Gate and the Inca Bridge.When we finish our expedition in Machu Picchu, we will descend to take our train to Ollantaytambo, where we will be waiting for the mobility that will take them to Cusco. End of our Tour.Transfer to Machu Picchu: 25 minutes from Aguas Calientes. Transfer to Cusco: 3 hours by train and bus from Aguas Calientes. Guided tour to Machu Picchu: 2.5 hours Climate: warm tropical. Maximum altitude: 2450m 8038ft. Minimum altitude: 2050m 6725ft.
